Firm profile

The firm was built on more than two decades of architecture and engineering practice within Alpus Group, going back to 1989. Today it designs, builds and develops across Jaipur and Rajasthan, from individual homes to township schemes.

Our belief
To craft spaces that meet the highest construction standards and resonate with our clients’ lifestyles and aspirations, delivering projects that blend aesthetics, functionality and sustainability.
Devpratik Developers was founded on innovation, integrity and a relentless pursuit of excellence. The Garg family set out to create spaces that go beyond the ordinary, where architecture tells a story and every project shows a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
We carry a responsibility to the environment and to future generations. From eco-friendly materials to energy-efficient design, we build sustainability into every project, creating spaces that last and respect the world around them.
Beyond constructing buildings, we aim to be good neighbours and active contributors to the communities we serve, through local initiatives, charitable work and community projects.
Our team brings together people from different backgrounds and experiences. A diverse, inclusive workplace brings fresh perspectives to every project and drives creativity and innovation.
